The Dream Spirit was a holy one. It patrolled the good dreams of players and battled the nightmares. But then, one day, it became the nightmare.

It was Halloween night A player named IGEBM had went to bed after trick-or-treating. Unfortunately, he had a nightmare that night, one of darkness and horrible evil. The Dream Spirit sensed this and immediately rushed to IGE's dream, where it battled the darkness. Unfortunately, the darkness was so powerful that it swallowed the Dream Spirit.



It began to mutate. As it did, the players in the dream threw steel poles at it, three of which where run through its chest, and one of which was wedged in its head. The mutating picked up a pole and used its growing dark powers to bend the pole into a sharp hook. This hook replaced its right arm, which was ripped off by the darkness. It grabbed a hunk of metal and attached it to its shoulder as armor.

By now, the spirit had mutated. The hand of it had been turned into a large claw, and it had changed from a sky blue color to a deep purple. IGEBM was terrified. He tried to run as the Dreamhaunter (as he called it) killed his friends. IGEBM escaped with his life, but the Dreamhaunter continues to haunt the village, coming into their good dreams and turning them into nightmares...
