IGEBM has decided to build a country called Hell's Island, on a remote island in the ocean. Naturally, he is the king, residing within the Hell Spire at the center of Hell City. In the center of the city is a massive mountain, Mount Sabbath (named after Black Sabbath, one of my favorite bands of all time), and on the other side of that mountain is the unpopulated area of Hell's Island, a large plain home to flora and fauna where peace is the only rule.
