Black and White mode on PMCSkin 3D

Add a toggle to preview an active skin with color disabled (e.g. no saturation) on PMCSkin 3D.

Disabling color helps to find messy areas of a project that lack in contrast. We commonly prioritize color as a final detail visually, and we are far more responsive to differences in lighting. Therefore, the ability to temporarily eliminate color can aid a creator's ability to create better quality skins in an easier way without needing to modify the skin and then revert changes or through some other method.

I've included a spoiler with an example of how black and white can help with improving a skin

Example
With color, there is contrast for the shirt and the rib cage, but something feels off. Remove color, and you cannot tell where the shirt ends and the skeleton begins even though the shirt should be casting a shadow onto what is behind it. Simply by disabling saturation, it becomes easy to find something that can be improved.

Darker rib cage, far easier to decipher in black and white, looks more natural with color added.
