Required Resource Pack
100
All textures of the datapack were created by IllegalArgExc! Thanks <3
Unzip the resource pack in any folder to make it work. To see the food textures, you must use either Optifine or CITResewn.
Crafting Guide (pastebin)
This datapack expands on Minecraft's cooking system! Namely, it adds new crops (and seeds for them) to the Beach, Taiga, Forest and Desert biomes! You will get them any time you break grass in thoes biomes (or dead bushes in the desert). To grow your seeds, just drop them on farmland and collect the drops periodically. To begin with the datapack, you should check the Recipe Book you received after installing the datapack. Then, to craft the foods, make a dispenser and put an item frame with a crafting table on top of the block. This will create the main crafting station of the datapack. To craft an item, put every item in a recipe in the respective slot (labeled as #1-9 in the Recipe Book) and click the crafting table above your dispenser.
The main types of foods are Salads, Desserts, Pies, Juices, and Sandwiches. Most foods are just more saturating than vanilla foods, though some have unique effects like raising favor among villagers or boosting your max health!

I am however commenting because I am having some issues, I thought I understood when I read the description, but apparently I did not, because I can make the cutting board and I think I've made the crafting station? However I cannot get the cutting board to work nor the station, and just to confirm, I did put the cutting board in an item frame like the book tells you to.
This is probably a user error somewhere along the line, but do you think you could help me out? 😅 Also I've tried in a completely vanilla game with just your datapack and optifine to be sure it wasn't another datapack or a mod I was running that was interfering because I know that can happen with things you'd never think of. 😂
Seriously though, thank you for sharing your hard work with us.
