**Job Descriptions:**

1. **Minecraft Staff:**
- Serve as a general support role, assisting players with various inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.
- Monitor in-game chat and gameplay to ensure adherence to community guidelines and rules.
- Collaborate with other staff members to organize events, contests, and other community activities.
- Investigate and resolve player-reported issues and conflicts with fairness and impartiality.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving the overall player experience on the server.

2. **Builder:**
- Design and construct captivating structures, landscapes, and environments within the Minecraft world.
- Collaborate with other builders and staff members to create unique and engaging gameplay experiences.
- Showcase creativity and attention to detail in all building projects.
- Previous experience with Minecraft building techniques and tools preferred.

3. **Moderator:**
- Monitor in-game chat and gameplay to ensure adherence to community guidelines and rules.
- Assist players with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve player-reported issues and conflicts with fairness and impartiality.
- Work closely with fellow staff members to maintain a positive and enjoyable gaming environment for all players.

4. **Admin:**
- Oversee the overall operation and management of the Minecraft server, including plugin configuration, server settings, and player permissions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to players and staff members.
- Implement and enforce server rules and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all.
- Coordinate with other administrators and staff members to plan and execute server events, updates, and maintenance tasks.

**Requirements:**
- Passion for Minecraft and a deep understanding of game mechanics and server dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the respective role is preferred, but not required.
