Note: This Story is a Work In Progress.

Day 1(August 27th, 2014):

My name is Jorge Penkman. I am 28 years old. I used to work in the military for my capital city of Ketodu, but I now worked as a schoolteacher for the local school. It was a warm day in September, when the invasion started. We didn't expect them to come, more so even be alive. They were urban legends, myths scattered in the wind. And even if, coming in such droves, such massive hordes of them, unheard of. Them solely hunting us, undreamed of. Them being able to seige our capital city, inconceivable. Our race dwindles in number each and every day, as they continue to scale the offensive against us. Our cities, our great buildings, burn with glimmering flame, not the flame of hope, but the burning, malevolent flame of a palpable foulness. Of our city of 10,000, only 3000 are left. They were calculated, unfeeling, aiming for the children first. We got some out safely, but not all of them. The cries of their mothers and fathers were the worst, the women wailing, praying for their child to come back, the men weeping softly, visibly shaking in grief and anguish. I cannot bear the pain any longer.  I must prepare for a way to escape the city, as there is no point of trying to fend off a losing battle.

Day 2(August 28th, 2014):
Despite all the odds, I found a small tunnel that leads outside the city, away from the "Sentries." Our people call them Sentries, because of the sheer accuracy and precision of their invasion. They are like humans, just with extrasensory perception, no emotions, and only one goal. To kill. I surmise another two days before the city falls. The tunnels are wide enough for me to crawl through, along with being able to shoot from if need be. I am ready to get through in the next few days, but I must gather supplies first.

Day 3(August 29th, 2014):
I prepared a bag, containing some hardened biscuits, a few bandages, some hydrogen peroxide, a bottle of water, a hunting knife, a Silenced Rawhl 97 Assault Rifle, and about 8 full mags, along with 4 small packages of excess bullets. I wore about 3 jackets, and a bulletproof jacket for protection. Thank god I used to work for themilitary, or I couldn't have claimed such supplies. I am ready to leave by tomorrow. I do need to be wary though, with the city falling into chaos, there's bound to be trouble.

Day 4 (August 30th, 2014):
As I left to go to the tunnel, I found that there were others, about a group of about 5 people. getting ready to head out. I apporached them, asking if they are going to go right now. They told me that they were, and that a few of their friends were outside. As I peeked through the tunnel, I saw a few people. Then I heard the gunfire, along with the screams of their friends. I started to crawl through the tunnel, my rifle in hand. As I peeked out, I saw two Sentries, gatling guns blazing the opposite field, looking for remaining stragglers. I aimed the Rawhl carefully, and without wasting a moment, I shot both Sentries in the head, killing them instantly. I beckoned to the other people to start going through the tunnel, to come with me before more of them showed up.

Day 5 (August 31st, 2014):
After getting to an abandoned cottage, about 15 kilometers west of the city, we set up temporary camp for the night. I found out that out of the 5 people that came, there were 3 men, and two women. The 3 men were all antsy, one was a young boy, about 10 years old. The other two were both young men, about 20-25 years of age. The women were both young as well, about 20 years of age. We all huddled around a small fire, rationing food to each of us, giving a small portion of our food to the 10 year old as well.

Day 6 (September 1st, 2014):
They're getting closer. It was around 3 in the morning when we heard the bullets shatter through the trees in the far distance. I awoke first, waking up the others to get ready. We have to leave now, or we will all be killed by the Sentries.

Day 7 (September 2nd, 2014):
After successfully escorting us another 30 kilometers through flat land, we have made it to a large mountain. They never showed us much outside the city, so I didn't really know what the mountain was called. We will set camp at the base of the mountain, but I worry that something might happen.

Day 8 (September 3rd, 2014):
Our party has discovered a river inside the mountain, teeming with the clearest water we have ever seen. Why did we humans never know about such things? We also discovered an entire orchard of apple and orange trees. I could tell by the look on all of our faces that there would be nothing left of such a paradise if we did not take everything first.

Day 9 (September 4th, 2014):
We have been full on fruit and fresh water for a good day now in this orchard, and the morale of the group has raised signifigantly, I wonder if such enthusiasm could prove deadly... but I best not dwell on the negative for now, we are safe, and that is what matters.

Day 10 (September 5th, 2014):
We have been away from the prying eyes of the Sentries, and the orchard's safety is a sanctuary in these bleak times. We have successfully stripped away all the fruit from this orchard, and we are carrying about 6 gallons of fresh water. I suggested that we keep moving, but the group consensus came to be that instead of climbing up to the mountain, that we stay here one more day.

Day 11 (September 6th, 2014):
My god, they found us! How stupid I was, how I managed the group, how I managed to give myself false hope in this orchard. I knew they would find us, but so soon? The trees are stained with the blood of the Sentries, and the blood of my group. They ambushed us, killing almost all of us. All I could save... I could only... save the child. They are all gone, but that kid.

Day 12 (September 7th, 2014):
I have been walking for 5 hours now. Without others to hold me back, I have cleared the mountain, and walked another 20 kilometers west of the mountain. My home for tonight, along with this kid, is in some rank cave of some sort. There is evidence of bones on the ground. My gut tells me that something bad is in here, but my mind is telling me to sleep.

Day 13 (September 8th, 2014):
Waking up this morning not to the sight of a child, but a large furry face licking me was not the nicest thing to wake up to this morning. It was a cub. Of a mamoryl. Mamoryl's are said to be descended from bears, except they are double the size, double the weight, and double the ferocity. The cubs are as big as normal bears, but the adults are even worse. I woke up immediately, swooping up the kid, whose name I had found out was Jose. As I carried Jose out of the cave with our supplies, I heard a large roar. We had avoided the mamoryl. Barely.

Day 14 (September 9th, 2014):
After setting home at an abandoned log cabin, I was tired. The walk to get us here was a long 30 kilometers, so a log cabin to settle down in is satisfactory. I lay Jose into the small bed, and slept on the rugged floor. I can tell we are entering into some sort of...territory though, due to the mass amount of human skulls and bones along the path which is up ahead.

Day 15 (September 10th, 2014):
I spent the last 4 hours exploring the path with Jose. I could not find evidence as to why there were so many human remains infront of the path. I did locate an abundance of human bones near certain caves and rock formations. I will check out the sites tomorrow.

Pretty cool fast-paced survival story. The only problem is, well, what's it doing on a minecraft-related site?
