Reasons:
- Aaron thinks Ein broke Aphmau's heart (which he did)
- Aaron wants Aphmau to be happy and being with Ein doesn't make Aphmau happy
- EIn picked Daniel to be omega without Aphamau knowing
- Ein told Aphmau's mom that he was her boyfriend and told everyone at school
- Ein pushed Kacey out of the way and said that he should show respect to him
- Ein used Aphmau's phone to make Aaron think that Aphmau didn't want to talk to him anymore
