The Aether Team re-released a pre-release for their mod for Minecraft 1.2.5.Yes it says its 1.9 Pre-release but they say its for 1.2.5 and I tested it and it worked!(Obvious if you look at all of the picture.)
I'm posting this blog since almost everyone likes the Aether Mod so I thought everyone would like to hear that there is a pre-release and use it.I'm not sure yet, though it may have some bugs.(It is a pre-release.)
And you only need Forge, Player API, and Audio Mod (They didn't mention Audio Mod but its obvious since it adds new sounds/music.)
Their facebook page with the download link to a pastebin that includes the real download link:

Don't believe?Just google their twitter and look for the pre-release tweet.(Which is at the top of their twitter, if its not it was I think when this blog was posted.)
A simple Installation:(Their download also includes a readme file which takes you to a page with information and installation.)
1.Install Forge
2.Install Player API.
3.Install The Aether Mod itself.
4.Install any other mods that are compatible after that.(And Probably Audio Mod after that, and first before any other mods.)
To Moderators: If this counts as an advertisement (I notice Advertisements under Do Not Upload.) Sorry, if it does count I'll remove it, I just wanted people to know there's a 1.2.5 Aether.(Though it is a mod for Minecraft itself...)
EDIT: I forgot to mention something.After installing their mod you may get a blank dirt screen after the Mojang screen.That's normal and the game itself comes on after a few seconds or so.....
