I picked up my writing pen and wrote my name on the top of the paper. "Aiko Corasuki" I wrote my ID/Locker Number next to my name. "6789" I glanced down at all 50 questions. 50 questions a day was a struggle but I got threw it with my brother's help. Hes only two years older than me so he knows how to get threw.
Questions after question Aiko Corasuki finally finished in two hours exact.
I got up and went to the teacher's desk. Dropping the papers in the tan bin. I walked back to my desk and picked up my bookbag with my phone in it. I took out my phone as I was walking. I glanced up and saw my friend "Michi Masao" As he waved at me with rosy cheeks I waved back silently walking past him. He thought I would stop to talk but I guess my body does not want me to. I drifted past a crowd of kids shouting violently "DO IT! DO IT KID! DO IT OR GET PUMMLED!" I frowned and glanced over at one of my friends "Rika Naoki" She frowned crying as she got slammed in the face falling on the ground. I ran over to her helping her up as the kids laughed. Her nose was bleeding as we walked to the nearest bench. I took out a tissue from my bag as she smiled and held it to her nose. She wiped a tear with the back of her hand and said slowly "T-thank you Aiko." She hugged me as I smiled. "Its fine, I'm here for you." I paused and then said something I never say "I will stand up to them next time" It just popped out of my mouth! Michi came running down the hall saying "WHAT THE HECK DID THEY DO TO Y-" She started to cry as he frowned. Sitting down next to her he said "Hey, Everythings ok.." His long black hair and orange eyes shined in the school lights. My pink hair blew in the wind from students running down the halls screaming "A+ A+ WOOOO!!!!" I smiled "Students here are really happy" Michi said "Its always been like this after exams" Rika got up and threw the tissue in the trash can next to the bench. She sat back down saying "Thanks friends." We all gave her a hug. Even though she was really skinny with long pigtails does not mean she is a freak. I mean shes a geek but shes my friend. Michi got up and said "Got another exam tomorrow got to study!" He walked out of the school fast. Rika got up and said "See ya tomorrow I guess." I said quickly "Goodbye." She walked out. I sat there on the bench tired from those 50 questions. I got up and went home.
As I got home I went to my room. It was weird because, my Mom usually asks about my exams but she was to busy chopping onions. WAIT CHOPPING ONIONS?! She usually does that when shes sad. Its a excuse! I ran downstairs asking her what we were having. "Hot dogs or chili or something with onions.." She said sadly. I walked up to her and gave her a hug. She frowned and said slowly, "You father is not doing so well in the war." I frowned. This war was across the world not around here but, we never knew where. He didn't really talk to us, just a loner? I broke from the hug smiling. "My exams were kind of easy." She smiled saying "Hey kiddo, thats good!" She adjusted her red bow in her hair. "So, Uh, want a snack?" I said "Sure!" She cut an apple up for me tossing me a bowl filled of apple slices. I took a bite of one and smiled "Mmmm! Apples are the bomb!" (THE BOMB.COM :D sorry~) I walked up to my room changing into my pjs. I layed down on my bed drifting to sleep.
Aiko's dreams were usually nightmares. She never knew why though?
I woke up to a cold sweat. A tear dripped down my cheek. I had no idea what I was dreaming about but it was bad. I wiped the tear off my face with the back of my hand. I sat up taking a deep breathe. I didn't really want to go back to sleep. What if I had another one? 'I need sleep for the exams tomorrow' I thought. "Welp" I said out loud. "I need sleep."
Aiko laid back down on her back and closed her eyes. She drifted back only remembering what was happening in her dreams. It almost felt real.
I was sitting on the bench. I looked up at the sky watching some clouds roll in. They were dark and poofy. I narrowed my eyes as people ran out of the school screaming. My eyes un narrowed and ran with the crowd. I screamed but not knowing what was happening. The sky turned a dark blood red. A lazer would shoot out of a student's eye. He screamed falling on the ground as it shot a girl in the face. She fell down. My eyes widenned running away. As I fell as everything went a gray. Next thing I knew I was in a shiny silver box. The walls started to close in so I ran into the middle. They were closing in and were gonna crush me. It got warm in my school uniform. I'd scream as it crushed me. I forced my eyes open. Awoken from my nightmare. "I-its just a dream" I said to myself out loud.
"Its just a dream. Its just a dream. Its just a DREAM!"
