Chibi Anti art I originally made sometime last year, digitised it yesterday. Thoughts?

Also, I'd like for someone to make an actual skin of this, since I suck at them. If her legs were fully showing, she'd have loose-socked ankle boots. <33

I like it. Its far greater than all of my drawing. Far more cute than too. How do you color like that. Or even shade like that I mean its amazing! One thing I would like to know is what do you need to shade or color that epic. I could pm some of my drawings to you. That is if you would like to see them. I would also like some advice on them to.
