Okay, so recently there have been many, many blogs about respect, how to make friends, etc., but what I'm not getting, is why we can't just do these things in the first place.
I realize that people have issues on what to say and what not to say, but really, do we need a TUTORIAL just to run a friendly conversation?
I'm sure when people are younger, they are taught to say "Please" and "Thank you.", so why is it that we can't seem to do the same on the Internet? Of course, there will be trolls who will purposely act rude. But what about everyone else? Do they need to google, "How to have a conversation"? Can't they just think for a minute or so about how they can start a conversation or make a friend instead of just looking it up on the Internet?
This is why we need to stop looking for answers on the Internet to the simplest questions, and start thinking. Without looking it up, think for a minute about how you can make a friend. If you did, perhaps maybe something like, "Say Hi." or "Ask about their day." These are both pretty effective answers, so why did you have to read a blog?
If you're on a server, it's not like its a secret that you need to act appropriately and be nice. It's common sense, something we're taught at a young age even before we played on the Internet, or even knew what the Internet was! It seems like once someone gets onto their computer, all their common sense is thrown out the window and they're back to when they were three and drawing on the walls.
So, what's my point? Instead of looking it up or reading a blog about it, THINK. For goodness sake, it doesn't take a genius to figure out how to respect someone or be polite! It's all common sense. I know there are some people who were raised differently and are not familiar with these topics, which is OK. But if you were taught common sense, and you know right from wrong, why is it that you still look for answers you already know?
Welp, that was good to get off my chest. I made a brand new blog cover! I hope everyone will enjoy the change. I won't be changing the previous blog covers for the sake of the people who liked them, but for now on I'll be using this for every blog I post.
Thanks for reading!

I'm pretty sure he thought I was a creep. Common sense and normal conversation is so rare that if you use one people think your odd. XD
Also, dem tags.
