I feel that sometimes people don't even read submission rules or the PMC rules in general. I can seen these rules being broken countless amounts of times, and PMC doesn't have the staff power to monitor every single post, so please help them by not breaking them. This is just a overview, view Submission rules* and Site, Forum rules and guidelines* for further information. These are some common rules that people forget:

Do not offer bribery (Found in Submission rules*):

This isn't just enforced towards people who say "Give me a diamond and I will give you a buck", it is also enforced upon people who say "I will make a texture pack if you give me a diamond" or "I will post a download if I get 20 diamonds" or even "If you give me a diamond I will work quicker". That is counted in bribery and may be taken down, so offer skins and let them give you a diamond if they like it, or say "If you like my skins, please give me a diamond"
(Saying "Give me a diamond if you agree" or the like on a blog post is also against submission rules.)

PMC is not to be used as a way of organizing groups that aim to attack people, servers, websites. etc. (Found in Site, Forum rules and guidelines*):

This means that you can't form a hacking group or a griefing group using PMC forms or using a blog post. In other words, posting "GRIEFING GROUP, LOOKING FOR MEMBERS" on the forums is not a very good idea.

Do not upload recolored skins, offensive characters, pixel-skin adjustments, and single-color or random scribble skins (Found in Submission rules):

Recolored skins- Skins where you don't change anything from the original work besides the color.

Pixel Adjustments- Skins where you only change a few pixels from the original work.

Offensive characters- Don't post any type of skin that a group of people might find offensive, so please don't post Hitler, someone in a Nazi uniform or a member of the KKK.

Single-color - These are skins where you only have one color (even if it has a outline and a few other pixels on it, it still counts as a single-color skin)

Random scribble skins- These are skins where you just draw/scribble random things onto your skin (usually meant as a form of EXP grinding).

Do not upload servers or projects with no in-game picture(s) (Found in Submission rules*):

This doesn't mean that if you post some random picture of a pig it counts as a in-game picture. It has to actually come from what you are advertising.

Reminder: There are tons of other things that I didn't include that aren't followed all the time, and these are rules worth looking into. Please don't think these are the only rules you need to know.

I disagree with recoloring skins. It should not be punishable if you create a skin and want to mix up the colors.

A really big thing that a lot of people don't seem to know is that you shouldn't upload skins that include default MC textures. This includes things like Steve skins, mob skins, etc. Uploading them is actually illegal (since they're Mojang property), yet a lot of people don't know this. I've only been a site mod for a short time and have already had to explain to multiple people why their mob skins are against the rules.

Agree fully,

A lot of the issue is some of the moderator(not all) are just brony fans spamming on a single thread on forum... and don't actually moderate

I should know... I got a ban for a week for posting comment on that thread after flagging a post that made homophobic comments and the report was just deleted by a moderator...

A lot of the senior moderators are good but some of the other ones are just derps that should be banned from website themselves..

Out of all the flags submitted I can ensure you that it is only the same one/two moderators actually doing anything.

Unless you've seen the moderator logs, please don't talk about this topic as though you're informed. I've seen both the site and forum moderator logs, and can tell you from first hand experience what you're saying is incorrect.
Also, there are only a few mods that are openly bronies (Charz, Zer, and Gfiti), and they all pull their weight in the forums and on the site. Again, don't speak on a topic that you're not informed about.
