This is a very good seed I found on a single player world! When you spawn there will be a NPC Village to the right and about 50 blocks away and there is also a couple of mob spawners be the NPC Village.

NPC Village location : X: -309, Y: 68, Z: 103

Mob Spawner #1 : X: -292, Y: 17, Z: 100

Mob Spawner #2 : X : -230, Y: 23, Z: -54
