ok I seen way to much people who join 1.8.1 and say he not real before you comment that he not real take a momment and look at 
1.if you join in alpha you will understand 

2.There are 2 herobrines

3. when making blog on herobrine say what herobrine your talking about now here some proof 

Notch wanted a boss he added the miner herobrine (which is post to be the in the mines) he will leave strange buildings with stuff. I never saw him but that does not mean he not real. REMOVE HEROBRINE IS A JOKE. THAT ALL I WILL FIND STUFF AND EDIT FEEL FREE TO DIAMOND AND COMMENT. Oh yes don't comment he's not real that just being annoying

              I checked all the versions of minecraft's current jar and old jars for the .png Prove what you say by posting a link to where notch says this and god ***** it there's a video of Notch saying it was a "joke" and you took that way the wrong way dude. i mean really. dude your a idiot. You know nothing about game making and if you were smart. What he is saying is that in ANY OF THE MINECRAFT JARS (Alpha or below) there is know herobrne png file which means theres no such thing as herobrine!

Lennon, I'm on your side because herobrine WAS real in version 0.30 I have the jar because i started mc when classic came out. There is a steve mob in 0.30 and he was pretty rare i think if the png files aren't there then i'm pretty sure it was an online feature notch did but anyways the steve mob glitched and his eye textures messed up in the coding process so thats where he came from! Sources: played minecraft since classic and saved a backup of the 0.30 .minecraft folder and kept it.

Oh, and did you know I'm a modder? I just checked coding of the old versions of Minecraft. Guess what I found?

Nothing. Herobrine doesn't exist. How many times do I have to tell all you people? He was the invention of some random guy who wanted to make a creepypasta. Notch himself said that there is and never was a Herobrine.
