This is just a story I came up with. Please don't steal this and say it is your own.

I wasn't always in league with Herobrine. When I first went into the nether, I should have left the second I saw my first zombie pig man. But I didn't. I didn't know why I felt this way at the time, but I felt like I belonged there. In the nether. Yes, I know it is crazy. Butthat's the day my life changed. Let me tell you my story. Herobrine told me to write this - so you could hear my warnings and fear me just like you fear my ------. My name is Ben. It is time for you to learn the truth. What you learn will change your life forever.

Chapter 1

I was always the adventurous type. I never listened to my friend's warnings about the nether. I should have. But since I didn't, I now know my true heritage. It had taken me forever to get enough obsidian to make a nether portal. I had everything ready. Diamond Sword, Armor, Lots of Food, and Plenty of Potions. So I made the nether portal. I was ready. My friends warned me - begged me even - not to go in there. They said there were strange things - dangerous things - in the nether. But I didn't listen. So before the could stop me, I stepped into the nether portal, into my destiny. There was no turning back.

Chapter 2
I had never seen anything like it. Sure, there was fire and lava and darkness everywhere, but I thought it was cool. Why, I can only guess. Zombie pig men were EVERYWHERE. I mean, everywhere I looked, they were there. But they didn't seem to realize I was from the overworld. They ignored me. The ghasts, on the other hand, seemed to think I was someone special. One drifted down to me, as if it was telling me to climb on its huge white back and take a ride. You could call me crazy, insane even. But you know what I did? I climbed on that ghast and up we went. I didn't know where it was taking me, but it felt like it took forever. I snacked on some bread, but when I looked down I feltnauseous, so I stopped snacking. And just when it felt like that ride would never end, I saw a huge fortress. A Nether Fortress.

Chapter 3
After a few more minutes of riding on the back of that ghast, it let me step jump off of it and onto the nether brick. As I stretched my weary limbs, I noticed pathways, and being the adventurer thatI was, I decided tohave a look around. The fortress was amazing. There where zombie pig men everywhere. That's also the day I met my first blaze. I saw something bright and smoking up ahead. I didn't know it at the time, but that fiery and smoky thing was a blaze. I hid behind a pillar. But the strange thing was, I didn't feel afraid. I slipped out from the pillar, into plain sight. The blaze's head turned around, and the next thing it did would change my life forever. "Hello Ben," the Blaze said. "We've been waiting for you."

Chapter 4
I gasped and stumbled back, scared out of my wits. I felt myself falling backwards, and I couldn't do anything about it. I hit my head on something. Hard. After that everything is sorta hazy. I remember a quiet but stern voice ordering a ghast to take my somewhere. I remember being on the ghast for a long time. But that's about all I remember. When I came to, I was lying on some wool, and no one was around. There was a chest nearby, and I opened it. There was a book and some food inside. I took the book, and this is what it said:
"Ben - Sorry the blaze startled you. You were out when the ghast took you to the healing room. Oh and Ben - I hope you are up to an adventure. If you are, take a ghast to the top of the castle."
I sighed. My head still hurt a little, but I wanted to find out who wrote that book. So I grabbed the book and left the room. Sure enough, a ghast was waiting for me. I jumped on its back, and off we went.

Chapter 5
As the ghast gently flew me to the top of the tower, I reflected on what had happened so far. Without a doubt, these were some of the most interesting moments of my life. When we arrived at the top of the tower, I stepped off. There was no one there. I looked around warily. Nothing. Was this a trick? I drew my diamond sword, and step by step, made my way around the top of the tower.
"I have a feeling you're not strong enough to use that sword. Not that it would do any good anyways."
I whirled around. There, standing in front of me, was a man. But this wasn't any ordinary man. His eyes were pure white. Standing in front of me was Herobrine.

Chapter 6
I gasped and stumbled back. I closed my eyes and whispered fiercely to myself over and over again:
"This isn't real. This isn't real. Oh great Notch please help this not to be real!"
"All the wishing you want won't make this any less real," said Herobrine.
His voice was quiet, kinda gentle I guess, and stern. He was the one ordering the ghast to take me to the healing room when I hit my head!
"Lets talk, shall we?" He said. So he began his story. "There once was a man named X (short for Xavier)..."

Chapter 7
Once the story was finished (I found it quite boring, actually), I had plenty of questions. But first, I will fill you in on the basics. There was a guy named X. He fell in love with this lady, so they married and had a child. The child was a little boy, and they loved him dearly. One day X went out exploring and never came back. The wife went looking for him, and left the boy in the care of some family friends. The wife never returned either.
"So this man - X - where did he go?" I asked.
"Well, X was a mysterious man. He always got into trouble. He decided to go to the nether, and never came back."
"How do you know so much about X," I repliedsuspiciously.
"Because... I am - was X," he responded.
I gasped. "Then what happened to your son?"
Herobrine hesitated. I had never thought Herobrine would be this nice, or nervous. What was going on?
"Well," he said finally, "I've been watching him for sometime now. I was waiting for him to finally to come to the nether. He finally did. I'm glad I'm able to see him."
I gasped and stumbled back. "You don't mean -"
"Yes Ben, that is exactly what I mean. You're my son."
I fainted.

Chapter 8
Voices sounded far away. I felt the sensation of a ghast taking me away, but this time, it felt like there was someone with me. I had the sensation of flying for a long time. A little bump. Strong arms carrying me. Silence.
When I finally came to, I noticed Herobrine sitting on the edge of my bed. He noticed my eyes flicker open.
"I'll be right back," he whispered.
I watched him exit the room. I tried to push myself up, but the room spun and I slumped back down. I winced, noticing a pain in my arm. What was wrong with me?
Herobrine walked briskly back into the room, breathing a sigh of relief. "I'm glad you're all right! You where out for days with a nasty infection in your arm."
"W- What happened?" I moaned.
"Well, you fainted, but that's not the worst part. You stumbled to the edge of the tower and fell.Luckilya ghast was near and saw you falling, or else you would have been a goner." Herobrine said.
"Am I - Am I really your son?" I gasped.
"Yes, you are my son," he replied.
I was tired, oh so tired. I felt my head drooping, my eyelids closing. I needed sleep. All I need is sleep...

Chapter 9
I had just woken up a few minutes ago. Being drowsy, I just laid down with my eyes closed. I heard my door open and close. I thought it was Herobrine, and I didn't want to talk to him, so I pretended I was asleep. I heard whispering, and since I was bored, I listened.
"We have to get rid of the boy now. We failed to get rid of Herobrine, and do you really want someone else like him?" A voice asked.
"But boss, he's just a kid. I'm not sure how he is much of a threat...." Another voice said.
"Not much of a threat?! Are you crazy?!"
I was scared now. I thought I knew what they meant by "get rid of the boy", but I didn't want to find out. So I did the only logical thing. I pretended to wake up.
"Who are you guys," I asked sleepily (I wasn't actually tired, of course).
"Grab your sword and get rid of him NOW!" The first voice I had heard said.
So, you know what I did? I did the one thing I never thought I'd do.
I yelled: "HEROBRIINNE!!! HEEEELLLPP!!!"
I knew he might not get to my room for awhile, so I needed a weapon, and a plan.Luckily, I already had both. I had noticed earlier a diamond sword near my bed, and I also knew how to fight. Done and Done. I inched my hand over to the sword and grabbed it. I jumped out of my bed. The sword was surprisingly light. At that moment, Herobrine came in. Nice timing. My eyes narrowed, and I took a fighting stance.
"This. Ends. Now.," I growled.
I jumped towards the guy that had the sword. Our swords clashed, and I felt anger rising inside me. This guy wanted to kill me! I was NOT going to let that happen. I noticed Herobrine fighting with the head guy out of the corner of my eye. Quicker than the speed of lightning, the guy I was sword-fighting with had me down. He grinned and evil grin.
"Who's in control now, squirt?"

Chapter 10
I struggled under the man's strong grip. But I was getting weaker, and he knew it. Think Ben, think! That's when Iremembered something. When I was a kid, I used to wrestle with my friends. One of my favorite moves was go limp under them and then force your way up. So that's exactly what I did. I went limp.

The man loosened his grip, and, with strength I didn't know I had, I pushed up, knocking him aside, which then knocked the leader over giving Da - I mean Herobrine an advantage. I grabbed my sword and pounced on the closest guy, putting my sword to his neck.
"Get out, or I will kill you. Your death will be slow and painful. And if I EVER find you hanging around here again, you will be so twisted and messed up no one will know what happened to you," I growled.
The guy looked terrified. He somehow managed to roll out from under my sword, and threw himself off the edge of the tower. Seeing his boss so terrified, the other guy went and jumped off the edge of the tower.
I heard Herobrine chuckling behind me. "Whatever you said to them is probably going to keep them away for a while."
"Yeah," I replied. "I noticed."

Chapter 11
I flopped down onto my soft wool-made bed, panting. Herobrine had started training me for battles that he said are coming, and I was tired out. I was just about to nod off, when I heard a urgent knock on my door. I half crawled off the wool and opened the door. One of my old friends was standing there, and that had me wide awake. He looked as if he needed help badly. His name is Tim, and things were about to get interesting.
"Ben! There you are! Man, you look tired out, but I can't worry about that right now. A few days ago me and the gang found an older lady, and while King, you remember him, was helping, he fell into a ravine! We don't think he is gone, but we need your help! Please Ben! Oh, and there is someone you might want to meet when we get back."
King! He was my best friend back in the overworld. I had to help him. I grabbed some food, armor, and my sword which I had leaning against my wall.
"C'mon!," I shouted there is no time to loose!"
I charged through the door, then slowed. I should probably tell Herobrine where I'm going I thought.
"Follow me!," I ordered. I charged through thecorridors, slowing at my fathers door. I knocked, and I heard him say come in. I opened the door and was not prepared for what I saw. Two zombie pig men had Herobrine pinned against the wall. I heard Tim's shaky voice behind me asking me something about something, but I wasn't listening. I drew my sword.
"Let him go!" I growled. I charged towards the first walking pig that had Herobrine, and slaughtered him. I grabbed the second one, dragged him over to a pit of lava and threw him in. I saw Tim and he looked like he had seen a ghost.
"I-is that Herobrine?" He stuttered.
"Yup," I answered. "That's him."

Chapter 12
Tim stood there for a few minutes in silence, looking back and forth between me and my Dad. I leaned over and whispered something into his ear. He chuckled.
"Uhh.. Tim? Meet Herobrine my... Err... Dad." I said in anawkwardway.
"Excuse me? Did you just say he's your dad?" He asked (like I was crazy).
"Umm... Well... Yeah..."
I was getting tired of this conversation. We needed to get going. I needed to save King! But, before I did, I decided to play a funny prank on Tim.
"Hey, Tim, I forgot something in my room. Be right back!!" I dashed out of the room and stood outside the door. I peeked in and Tim was white as a ghast. It was hilarious. I acted like I had just gotten back. I waved to my dad, and left his room, bringing Tim with me.
"Hey Tim - I know a way to get back to the portal you came through fast." I told him.
"Yeah?" Heanswered, "How?"
"Follow me," I said.
I walked down to the ghast stables, and brought out 2 ghasts. One was mine, the other was a spare.
"Hop on!" I said, grinning.
Tim was taken aback. "On a ghast?"
"Of course," I answered. "How else?"
He reluctantly got on the ghast, and I jumped on mine. "Beauty, Max! Giddy up!" I shouted.
The ghasts rose into the air and we were on our way.
