Hey guys i'm having some trouble. I downloaded a cracked version of minecraft beta and i play it by using this thing called Hamachi. Anyways, i created a server and play with a bunch of people in my neighborhood. Whenever i try to change my skin, for example, to look like a ninja, it works not just for me, but for everyone else, but noone can actually see it. Basically i change my skin to ninja, and everyone else looks like a ninja, but only to me, to everyone else, everyone still looks the same. If you know of any way to fix this please help!!!

I change my skin by opening windows run *hold the windows button, then "R"* and then entering "%appdata%, then selecting ".minecraft", then "bin", "minecraft"(JAR file-opened with winRAR), then entering the mob folder (in winRAR) and changing the picture labeled "char"

Again when i do this all the people in my server including me look like ninjas, but to everyone else on the server, everyone just looks normal.
