So, I was looking at the contests and thought "I wanna make a contest of my own" but since i'm pretty new to PMC I don't know how to. I saw people making contests of their own using blogs but I have no idea how to make one... So if you could please help me that would be amazing!

Also I want to start a Q&A and I dunno how to make one myself, I was thinking I could use the widget to make one BUUUUT I dunno what which thing on the widget I click on, I've been using PMC since late December so i have no clue AT ALL s=but I have been downloading skins here since 2014.
