Simple, for a server, when you turn your server on it is reading a world save, that world titled 'World' in your server is the world save. You then need a cloud such as mediafire to hold it for people to download it from. If it is single player on windows press the 'Windows' key and 'R' and type %appdata%, go to .minecraft and go to a folder called 'saves' and take the map of what you called it and upload it to a cloud such as mediafire. Once you have it on the cloud give the download link so they can download it and your done!
