The witch was not always a nasty mob. At one point in her life she was a peaceful witch, living among the villagers and supporting them. Witch was the healer in the village, always coming up with better health potions and regeneration potions. She loved her job and the villagers loved her. Until one stormy night, when the lightening was just a bit too much. A burst of roaring thunder woke up Witch. She thought it seemed a little too stormy, too strong. So she went outside and ran to the temple. The water was starting to build up in the village, soon all the crops would be destroyed killing the villagers food source. She opened up her enchanted book trying to find out how to stop this raging storm.
Nothing Witch did would work, no spell or potion seemed to do anything, the water kept building up and building up. She had to get back to the village to warn all the villagers before they got blocked in by all the water. But when she got to the village it was too late. It was all destroyed, not a villagers were dying, nothing to be seen but water. In Witch's anger and grief she set an enchantment onto the village turning it all into prismarine blocks and the lasting villages changed into guardians. Witch didn't mean to cast that enchant, it was a mistake, a mistake that could not be undone. The book was written wrong, the enchantment was suppose to fix everything, but Steve messed up the writing! He never did know how to truly read enchantment language.
Witch ran off away from the new formed ocean to a swamp land in solitude. She built her self a tiny cramped hut and let her grief take her over. Something changed in Witch after a while, she started to really hate Steve. If he didn't mess up the writing Witch wouldn't have set the wrong enchantment! It was all Steves fault, he needed to pay. Witch joined Mr Creeper and started working on dark magic, making dark potions like poison. Mr Creeper also hates Steve, and now the Witch comes out at night, waiting for Steve to get her revenge.
