~Beginning~
  Do you want to learn how to pick and choose the right staff for your server? I have the guide that is just for you. You can follow some of my tips but there is no guarantee this will work perfectly everytime, but it works for me. First we are going to see what most server owners do as mistakes, then we can see the corrections to those mistakes.

                   ~Mistakes~
 Some of the biggest mistakes that server owners make that I see is that they have so many staff members. Don't make so many positions and fill it with random people. Also going on with the many staff members, don't fill three positions with twenty people. The staff you choose shouldn't be random people.

                  ~Corrections~
  In terms of number of staff positions only have about three or four. Main ones usually are Moderator, Admin, Owner, Co-Owner, or Helper. I don't reccomend getting a Plugin-Manager or Developer. You don't need a personal developer when you can easily hire a company to make plugins. You don't want a Plugin-Manager untill you have at least 50-100 people (a very successful server). You also shouldn't put too many people in one position. Ex: 5 people as Admin, 10 people as Moderator.


              ~More Tips~
Use Minecraft websites for advertising and make sure people are having fun, otherwise you won't have long term players.
