This is Episode 2 of my How to PMC blog series.

Faction servers are fun. But faction servers are more fun if you have a good faction! This blog will tell you in a couple simple steps how to create a good and powerful faciton.

HARDCORE PVP FACTION SERVERS:

If you are interested in playing on a hardcore pvp faction server, there are some easy essentials needed to create the most powerful faction on the server.

Faction member requirements:

1. Skype and a mic. (or another form of voice communication) This is obvious because during a raid or a fight, or even just creating a base, being able to talk to each other is going to be better than having to type everything. For instance, if you are being raided or raiding someone and fighting a faction, it is essentials to be able to talk to each other, because typing everything takes to long and you wont have enough time to type everything.

2. PVP skills. Well duh. It is a hardcore pvp server. If your faction isnt able to fight, you are not going to do well if you run into another faction.

3. Building skills and knowing the basics of minecraft. If you are able to build well, you can build a good, unraidable, base.

OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Being a donator. Donators get special kits and items, so having 1 or 2 donators in your faction is crucial.

2. Being "rich" on the server. This is good because you can get better items or your faction member can buy them in the shop.

REGULAR FACTION SERVERS:

Requirements:

1. Again Skype. Same reason as above.

2. Trustworthiness. If you don't trust some one, or they have friends on the server in another faction, they are likely going to raid you.



TIPS ON MAKING PEOPLE FACTION MOD:

This can be extremely important. Mods can ally/enemy factions, claim or unclaim land, they can also do /f unclaim all, allowing their friends to /tpa to them and RAID YOU. They can also invite their friends into your faction to raid you.

1. Skype. I can never say this enough

2. Knowing the person irl. This is easiest because you can trust them more.

3. Trustworthiness. This is essentials. 

Hopefully, using all of these tips, you will be able to build the GREATEST faction EVER!

Umm this is original. Other people post blogs about how to create good faction, but this is what I THINK YOU NEED to make a good faction. I did not copy anything, except maybe the idea, but not the content.

Nice blog! However, i don't agree with your Skype idea because "Spies" can listen into Skype chat while Fac Officer Chat is impossible to get into unless I give them the perms. Really good blog once again! I haz a faction. We haz diamond stuffs. :3

Before i finished the blog i told myself to change it to Skype or another form of voice communication and to have a mic because i realized not everyone and has skype and some people claim not to have mics but they just listen to what their faction says to plot against them :P
