First download singleplayer commands.
Then type in %appdata%.
Click Roaming.
Click on the .Minecraft folder.
Click bin.
Drag WorldEditJar into bin.
Then right click minecraft.jar.
Select open with WinRar archiver.
Delete META-INF folder.
Drag all the files into minecraft.jar
Run minecraf and enjoy.
Then type in %appdata%.
