Hello everyone it's Aiva,

So you want to know how to raise your level and obtain xp on PMC? Well i'll teach you with these simple steps-

Q- First of all, what is xp? 
A- Xp is/are experience points that you gain from PMC activity.

Q- But how do I gain xp? 
A- Well do gain xp you have to do things and benefit the community. 

Q- What can I do? 
A- You can add skins, texture packs, projects, blogs, servers and mods. 

Q- But I'm not good with that stuff :(?
A- Don't worry even the simplest of things will get you xp :)

The more xp you get the higher your level!

Q- OK I added skins and stuff but nothing happened?
A- Although you get xp from making a submission to PMC, you have to wait for users to give a diamond, favorite, comment, or view your submission, before you start building up xp.

Q- How much is each of these actions^^ worth?
A-     1 view = 1 xp
1 comment = 1 xp
1 download = 2 xp
   1 favorite = 2 xp
1 diamond = 2 xp
1 submission = 5 xp
Q- What is worth my time?
A- In my opinion, gaining xp comes from what you like to do best. But that's not always the case.

Skins- Good if you're a killer skin maker, but not that many people look at the skins.

Texture Pack- It's the best way to make xp, because everyone is constantly looking for a texture pack that change the fell of minecraft.

Project- Dedication is key, you want to make something someone will actually play.

Blogs- Fun way to gain xp, if your'e a good writer and are good with entertaining people.

Mods- People are always looking for a new way to spice up Minecraft, xp gain depends on the quality of the mod.

Server- Xp gain depends on the quality of the server,dedication, and staff.

lol... then that means that I'm gonna have to fire all of my bad admins... I have 6 bad admins on my server and I have 6 admins... lol

I mean that you said to have good admins, so I'm gonna have to fire all of mine lol... They are so bad that they banned someone for complaining about someone griefing him when griefing is illegal lol.

Yeah staff plays a huge role in the popularity of your server. If you don't trust the staff, it's better that you fire them.

its true! I played on a server where I got banned by an admin for accidentally breaking 1 mushroom block and the guy perma-banned me in the forums because he didn't like how I said that he was not a good admin by doing that. (serenity server) Another time, I got banned for cleaning up a redstone lamp griefer mess preventing people from leaving spawn... The guy didn't even see what I was doing, but he just banned me because it said that I was destroying redstone lamps in the console... (rice-thing.net=no thinking lol) Ty for the blog and advice,
