Hey guys, Alpha here and today I'm gonna help you get better at PvP! Here are a few tips to get you going.
1. Set your inventory out smartly. e.g. Your ender pearls next to your sword so you can quickly get away instead of having to scroll to say slot 9.
2. Know who your fighting. If you think your not too good at pvp, try and take someone who isnt too good. Practice on badlion to get some experience under your belt.
3. How you attack someone. I often see alot of players just running straight at a enemy player and hitting, You dont want to do this. Try and get a strafe on them by running around them and getting deadly combos. To make these combos even more deadly, try jumping. Note, You only get critical hits when your falling down.
4. Know your internet. If you live in Australia, and the server is hosted in say America, you need to go in front of your opponent. This is due to the time it takes from your computer to get to the server, to their computer. Try running at them from the side and hitting infront of them. You need to get your timing well for this to work efficiently.
5. Play smartly. Don't just run out and take your enemy on. Think of what your going to do if he/she starts beating you. Know your environment.
This is quite hard to explain in writing, so I will try and get a YouTube video added. Also, dont block hit if they arent hitting you that much, You dont need too. Hopefully I helped a bit, I know this is sort of not great, but hopefully you take something away from it.
