Step 1: Place The Item You Want To Repair In The First Slot
Step 2: In The Second Slot Put The Item It Was Made Out Of Example: Wood Sword=Wood Planks
Step 3:You Can Rename It By Writing What You Want To Call It In The Text Box Above.

@freezerburn2836 you cannot find the wither boss, you collect wither skeleton skulls, then put an iron golem form but with soul sand and finally add three skulls
