So you just made a server and want a good Plugin, You choose group manager and then you wonder how to use it!
well heres how to use Group Manager. first we are going to start of with a basic command that makes a group. You do /mangadd (Group Name) That makes a group so in this example im going to call the group Owner (It does not HAVE to be Owner it can be anything) so now you add yourself to the group. That will be /manuadd (Player) (Group). Thats all you do but if you want to go ahead and give them a prefix OR suffix then do /mangaddv (group) (prefix/suffix) &0[&bOwner&0] 
ok then lets go ahead and add some perms so the command is simple: /mangaddp (group) essentials.(Command) 
if you want them to have ALL commands then do /mangaddp (group) *
that will give the group ALL the command in game.
