Here is a great way to do that.

1. Never make this post.
2. Type with good grammer and crap.
3. Everything majed9 said.
4. Don't think that EnderDragons are safe in overworld.
5. Know a lot about Minecraft.
6. I played a server for 7 months and I became a moderator.
7. Don't abuse your powers.
8. Don't be you.
9. Play a server for a very long time, through maybe 2 versions and you may get a rank.

I have a server, but yeah NO! I don't tolerate threads like this.

ok here is some tips to be admin/op/mod
1.Never ever ask for rank up i repeat NEVER
2.When the admin need help just go fast and help him
3.and do not break the rules (if the server have rules)
4.even if it say "Swearing allowed"You shouldnt swear just keep your mouth clean
5.Obey what the admin commands You.
6.try be friends with owner or admin (it always make me op) :P
ummm thats all and dont forget DONT EVER GREIF (unless someone piss u off than do it and dont get caught) I hope this helped u cuz it did for me
