Introduction:
Hi there, I'm Quinn, and I'm here today to talk about my views on 'Internet Fame'.
the first to have a creative idea, and soon other people took an interest in these ideas, and began to follow the creator, like fans.
This is essentially how people first became 'Famous' on the internet, and since then countless others have too. There are some that are well known on their home forums, and some that are known throughout the world, but the simple fact remains the same, they had an idea.

The Good:
Ever since I first joined YouTube, back in 2005, when it had just been released, I wanted to be known, I wanted to make friends.
-Give me one second to explain the friends bit. I'm not a lonely person, in fact, I have a lot of friends, but none of them really share the same interests as me, or rather they do, but they lack the passion. That's the reason I wanted to meet people on the internet.-
I had seen the first people on YouTube, how people loved to watch their videos, and I thought to myself,
"I want to be like that".
In my opinion, 'Internet Fame' is the best thing to happen in a long time, it allows one person to do what they love, and get recognition for it. And that is what I love the most, the fact that the vast majority of people love what they do. YouTubers make videos about their lives, PMC'ers create skins and mods that they enjoy making, and there's something really cool about that.
The Bad:
However there are some things that really annoy me about some people that have become 'famous' because of the internet. Firstly, they call the people that love their work 'Fans', now, this is a word that has always really got to me, I'm not sure why, I think it's the fact that these 'famous' people are claiming authority over the people that like what they do, almost forgetting that these are real people.
Secondly, these 'famous' people seem to forget about the smaller people, the ones without many friends, or the ones that have incredible potential, but never get the chance to show it. I think that the bigger guys should try to help the little ones to grow, as a wise man once said, "With great power, comes great responsibility".
