[MAC] Minecraft server - [WARNING] Perhaps A Server Is Already Running On That Port?

HOW CAN I FIX THAT SHIT!

Okay, i am running a bukkit server, having :25565 as the port and my ip-adress as the ip. (i found my ip on whatismyip.com).
So... when i start the server [I AM ON MAC] i doubleclick start.command and Terminal opens, and it says some shit, and then: [WARNING] Perhaps A Server Is Already Running On That Port?
How can i fix it, and let my firends play on it?
Remember, I'm on a Mac, so i don't think windows *tutorials* will work, but idk.
So please help me!!!!

1) Go to Finder and type in "Activity Monitor"
2) Search in filter, and type java
3) delete all the java you see.
4) then you done!
