Make a block -
1.Click the create new element
2.Check the Block box
3.Name the mod Test
4.In the top left corner click the recources button
5.Then click the create new item/block textrue
6.For layer1 make the texture stone
7.In the second layer also make the texture stone but make the color a blue
8.Click use then click the block button
9.Name it BlockT
10.Now click exit
11.Double click the blue square in step 1 and pick the blue stone
12.click next
13.Click the name in gui button in step 2
14.Type Test Block
15.click next
16.we dont need to use step 3(but you should play around with it)
17.Same thing with step 4
18.Think of a recipie and put it in
19.click finish
20.Now just wait until the log says return check ok
21.Now click the export to jar/zip button
22.Save it on your desktop and name it whatever you want
23.ignore the next step and click recompile and export
24.Now go to your .minecraft filder and drag the zip file into you mods folder
25.Now click edit profile and change your version to forge 1.7.10
26.Now start minecraft
