well here is how you make a villager spawn machine.
1. FIND A VILLAGE
2. You found villagers!
3. dig a hole 13x13x, with an outer hollow square.
4. get the villagers in the hole, by using a fishing rod.
5. fill every edge with doors.
6. Pace a torch or glowstone in there for light.
7.Cover the roof with glass so you can count how many villagers there are.
7a. If you want place some trap doors so you can go in and trade with them(1.3)
7b. the glass is so zombies don't kill.
8. If there are 15 villagers a will spawn every 3-5 minutes
