Mood swings, What are they?

As you all might know people might have mood swings and you might be thinking what are mood swings? Well mood swings is pretty much when someone could be depressed and/or have euphoria. Also they can change someones behavior, lifestyle, person's energy level, sex drive, sleep patterns, self esteem, concentration, drug or alcohol use can be signs of an oncoming mood disorder.

Also I might have mood swings right now it rarely comes out so I kind of can control it it only comes out when I get angry. Also I might be depressed and thinking of running away because of my brother and cousin that is here for the summer and the only thing keeping me from running away is my friends so please help me and the people with mood swings and are depressed.
