Need Adventure Map Story Ideas

The village I have been building. This is all I have so far.
I am currently in the process of making an adventure map. I have a basic setting and an idea of what I want, but I need some story input. I want a map that has a setting in another realm like in the game Limbo. My basic setting is a spirit forest with surrounding mountains. I will be happy to put your name in the credits if your story is chosen. Any and all ideas are appreciated. Thank you so much.
*Update*
I have been able to see some more inspiration and have been able to strike up a good story of my own. So, yeah, this blog is outdated then.
