What does minecraft need? A way to run it without java. I have tried to work minecraft on the computers at my school and it has not worked. Java cannot be installed because of administrative authority. So, I am looking for a way to play minecraft without java. If you think you have a solution, link it in the comments bar. Thanks and good luck.

Before minecraft disabled its "demo mode", people got the embed code from the website and created an embed minecraft. Some people went as far as creating other versions. It used to be possible, but not anymore.

Minecraft without Java would be another game entirely, thus it wouldn't be Minecraft.

I know. It might be possible though. But it would take a long time to figure out.

Not just that, it would require everything about the game being converted over to another code. This includes ALL it's dependencies (found in the bin folder.)

Yeh, we have it at two of our three computer labs, but the one that is most used does not. So I set this as a kind of challenge.

Minecraft requires JAVA to run the program properly. JAVA is used to operate many programs on a computer. Anyway youll most likely get caught playing minecraft when your supposed to do you work. Just tough out the day until you get home.

Yet on a different computer in a different room, Java was already installed. I played minecraft with the teacher watching me and I was not kicked off.

LOL u shouldve put a trojan in or any other big viruses in i think som viruses cannot be fixed unless you reformat or get a new harddrive which wouldve helped u. like the virus that keeps reseting the computer. reformating/new hard drive= no programs= time to instal= MINECRAFT
