Hello! here I am with my first tutorial :D
In this turorial I will be using McSkin3d which can be found on Parils page.
The base of your skin is usually a casual skin colour. To find a good skin colour you'll have to search between the red and yellow shades, You don't want to have it too yellow, because that will seem unnatural. if you get too close to red it won't look right too. Because skin isn't very shiny, you shouldn't have too much contrast between the shades. And if you're going for white skin colour, which is the most common skin colour used in skins, you don't want to start too dark. Here is a screenshot of 4 skin colour shades.
On the left you can see a darker and yellow shade of skin. Next to that there is the colour I use the most because I like the contrast. Next to that there is a shade that is more red. The one on the right was my first ever try on a skin colour.
On the top left, you can see I've put the shades in order. The top one is the one I like the best. Next to those colours, there is a shade I use for the lips. The lips are usually just the darkest skin shade and then a little more red.
This is my personal favorite
This is a slight red shade of skin.
This was my first try ever.
This is the darker, yellow shade.
For anyone that wants to use these colours, I will upload this skin as 'Tutorial skin'
I really hope this helped because I could've used a tutorial when I started skinning. I'm lucky that I had my sister to help, so I would like to share my knowledge. Please leave a diamond if you found this helpfull so more people can benefit from this.
Thank you for reading!
