Hey guys! I'm Panda and today I'm going to introduce you to a new series of blog posts I am going to make about Pixelmon. I plan for these all to help your Pixelmon journey or just brainstorm ideas or just give you something to read while you're at it. Anyways, let's get to it!
This post's tutorial is on how to become a gym leader in Pixelmon!

Now before we dive into anything you are probably on survival Pixelmon. Make sure you find a nice area that fits the type of gym you have (which is an upcoming step) and make sure I have enough blocks to make the gym the style you like. Don't worry, it may take a few tries till you get the style you like. Just a warning. ^_^
Let's start with 1. You can use a dice also, if you wish. You don't HAVE to use random.org but it is suggested.
Step 2 Randomize a number from 1-6 as to assure your gym is not OP. I got a 5
Step 3 Stay there and randomize a number from 1-18. It may be a bit hard to do this with a dice. I got a 6 (for fire)
Step 4 go to the website http://wyncorporation.com/pokemon/
Step 5 Go back and reference your number from Step 2 and you're type from step 3. So for me I generate a 5 fire type pokemon team. EXCLUDE Legendaries and DO NOT EXCLUDE NFE.
Step 6 You have your team! Mine is Lampent, Litwick, Quilava, Combusken, and Pansear.
Step 7 CREATE THE GYM! here we go guys. Now you're going to think of the challenges and puzzles that you will put the poor rookie trainer through.
Step 8 Open Windows Media Player, iTunes, or wherever you're muic is. You could even make a YouTube playlist and put it on shuffle. That first song you hear is your gym's song! Mine is Glantis - Help (Elephante Remix) by Proximity.
Step 9 All those gym trainers with their cheesey quotes. It's time to make your own! For example, when you win, "If you can't stand the heat stay out of the kitchen!" or when you lose, "Even the best of trainers must admit defeat sometimes." or whatever else you can think of.
Step 10 It's time for you're rematch team. Six Pokemon excluding legendaries and NFE. Mine is Blaziken, Charizard, Flareon, Chandelure, Magcargo, and Ninetails.
Step 11 Boom! You're design is done! Now time to create. Find a good area for your gym. Flat or Elevated or mountainess or wahtever you need. Remember, you can always excavate and terraform a but yourself if needed. Remember, make it so that it matches you're type. Like I wouldn't put mine underwater.
Step 12 Start building your gym. Find different materials and start building. It's as simple as that! Remember to leave a nice dualing area in your gym.
Step 13 Begin the interior. Don't forget all your puzzles and challenges to get to you!
Step 14 Finishing touches! Anything missing? Need to test it out? This is the step to do so. Take a step back from it for a few before you open your gym to your friends. (:
