PLEASE!!!help me make a bukkit server?

if ANYONE could help me make a bukkit server for 1.0.0, that would help me SOOOO much. you see i have tried over and over but failed all the times i tried :( i cant open the run.bat and i want one really bad. so if you could help me over skype or over PMC that would help me deerly, you can be any rank you want when i get the server up.

my skype name is XliveX2Xplay and my ign (in game name) is the same. please help me out

I think I can help you with this, seeing as you're asking for advice, and not for someone to give you complete control of their server. I have a batch file pack somewhere. Go here to find the batch file text.

juat saying but i have watched a shiiiiitload of videos, but none of them seemed to help, im up to the run.bat bit. it wont open and stufff
