When I see a good skin, chances are is that Ive seen 5 bad ones, Now i must admit I while back I used to do terrible skins, But I am picking up things from Dino, and I believe that i am getting better!

However, all these rubbish skins/texture packs/ projects are overlooking skins and others, that people have spent weeks and months on and that just ain't fair!

Now I ain't one for complaining, but when the overall skills of PMC have gone low because of new members just doing basic skins, I do not like that. I do not like that one bit.

So to you new members, learn to make good content as you are overlooking our nice members who spent weeks on theirs and yields little profit for them, Believe me that, is Infuriating, and thus we may be losing members because of this!

okay. Swalezee, i think we should help the new members, they are making skins for their first time. We should do constructive critics about their skins. Or maybe teach them how to shade their skins. Look what Happybandaid did, a skinner mentor program to teach new members how to make better skins. I started drawing crappy skins, but with the help of my friends and the community I got to draw really nice skins. We should stop complaining about them and do something.... (sorry for my bad english)

Ok, that's a deal! Try and find someone who does little or no shading and is at level 1 or 2, and PM them if they want Skinning And Shias help? And gives them tutorials from other PMCers. That's what my mentor did :)
