applying for?: I am applying for the rank of admin, I have read the whole thread twice and know what is required to be a admin. to be specific: Admins:
- ban/tempban/mute/jail players if needed
- if lower staff is "abusing" authority, deal with the situation 
- advertise once in awhile 
- troubleshoot server errors
- keep the server under control
- manage all lower staff
- determine server direction
- promote players




Do you have a Skype account?: Yes I do, I also have ventrilo, mumble, teamspeak and a few other means of being contacted.


Do you have any previous staff experience? If so, please include proof: I have had extensive experience as a admin but sadly no proof since I cannot remember the IP. The server closed sadly. It was a while ago though. Because the reason I don't have the IP is because the multiplayer library did not exist back then. Only the one slot for the IP.


Do you currently hold a staff position? If so, please include proof: Sadly no.


Were you referred by an existing staff member?: Nope.


Do you have any previous bans?: I was given a temp ban once on evocraft.net. That was a year or so ago. If I remember correctly it was for not speaking English in chat.


What is your timezone?: I live in Sweden so UTC+1


How often are you available?: It depends through skype message or facebook message all the time. For being on the server it can vary from 7 to 4 days a week and from 4 hours a day to about 30 minutes. 


Explain how to handle these offenses: hacking*, griefing*, spamming*. Be specific:
Hacking, find proof that the accused player actually has done something like this and discuss it with another admin before banning or finding him innocent and just letting it pass. Or just instantly temp ban him and deal with the problem after that.
greifing, same procedure there as well. I also think that grefing is worth a ban. depending on the extent of the the greif. Keeping in mind that hopefully the server has BB and world edit. Fixing it should not be a problem, just rollback that specific player or regen the terrain. 
Tell us about yourself:
I'm a sixteen year old bloke who lives in Sweden, but don't worry about the language. Both my parents are from the UK so I speak, write and read fluently. I do have a slight british accent though. I have extensive experience with big brother and world edit, along with numerous other mods and plugins. I'm easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions and requests. I'm a very patient person and will spend a considerate amount of time on the server if needed. Of course I also speak Swedish, I don't see why this would come in handy but you never know.
How mature would you consider yourself on a scale from 1-10?: I am proud to say 10.


Are you an introvert or extrovert?: extrovert. 


How long have you been playing MC?: since 2009. The year minecraft was released.


How many servers do you currently play on?: three to be exact, my friends server and mostly just piss around. Evocraft.net which is a CTF map server. And mc.ArtificialCraft.net for building and other things.


What are your expectations of other staff?: well to be co-operative and helpful, I would prefer if they were easy to get a hold of as well. To help with problems concerning players and other server related things. For them to actually know what the hell they are doing and to keep calm when things go bad. And the most important aspect of them ALL, not to be a complete useless cunt.

I actually have been banned from a server, because the guy working the plugins didn't like me suggesting all these great plugins for them and making him get plugins. I was an operator too.
