Goals. Every human living off of this Earth has goals. No matter what, when why, how. From completing your homework to be a successful business man, life is not a full circle without goals.



But our question today is, what does it mean to set a goal for yourself?



Setting goals for yourself is not easy if you don’t have the up top out of the top confidence and motivation. Completing goals is a challenge for yourself. It’s what you dream of ending up doing, and it is what you currently have a challenge for to this very day of pure living existence.



Like I said, goals can be whatever you dream it can be. But the main point is to have self confidence and motivation. Confidence that you can complete the goal with trying all your hardest and your heart, with blood, sweat and tears to finish a goal you, YOURSELF have set is the best form of success. Without goals, there will be no success or no management with yourself. Say for example, you are working for a video game company, and the CEO does not set goals for the team. How does that make you feel? Lost. You won’t know what to do, and the company might fall down the trash within months, or even WEEKS just because no goals was set for you, the CEO, the team, and the company as a whole.



But that’s different. That’s having to do goals set by someone else. But when you set goals by yourself, it means that you have the utter and brilliant self confidence and belief that you might go “Hey, I’ll try my HARDEST with my heart to complete the goals that I have set myself!”.



But when the time comes that you know what you completed a goal, you then realize how pure and utter confidence you had. The confidence that helped out stand up for yourself, set that goal, work hard and at the end COMPLETING it. You will have self confidence when trying to finish other goals as well. Why only finish one?



But at the end, you come to realize that you can truly arrange and manage yourself to the full ability. You come to realize that you had the ability to do something many others couldn’t. And last but not least, you come to realize that you did not need others’ help to complete your own goals, and that you only needed your heart and beliefs.
