Today I'm going to be typing about portable light sources in Minecraft, well Vanilla Minecraft. I'm sorry if this is short as well since there isn't much to talk about in this topic.



The reasons there should be a portable light source in Minecraft is because it would help a lot and save making a quadrillion torches and it would make finding ores much easier. You should also bee able to attach them to items with string, e.g. so you can have a torch on a pickaxe so everything doesn't go dark again. It would also be handy at night time so mobs don't spawn after where you walk. (I know you can just put torches everywhere but this is about portable light sources).



Now enchanting arrows might be stupid for most people because you could just enchant a bow, but you could be able to enchant an entire stack of arrows for the amount of a bow which lasts as long as about a stack of arrows. Also instead of switching bows to change what type of enchantment you want you can just keep using the same bow and not change anything.



I know this is a very short topic but... you know at least I'm letting my ideas out. (And yes, there's probably a mod for it but it would be handy without downloading things and will save you a lot of time).
