This rant is about skincraft being abused on PMC. I am going to explain, in short, why just because you can press some buttons and make a skin instantly, does not mean you should post it.

True, skincraft is a good editor if used correctly. The trouble stems from the function used to import pre-made features, and the starting skins that are either blank, Steve(NOOO!), or a really good base skin. The problem with this is that if you make a skin using EITHER of these functions, you haven't made it. Don't argue. Some people morons may think "oh, well I chose them so that means i made it." WRONG! You dd not make the individual pieces of the skin, so you are just sticking together someones work.

So that's that covered, so why isn't it good to post it on PMC? Well, if you make a skin entirely out of parts someones made other than you, it shows that you cant be bothered putting time and effort into your skins and that you'd rather spend five seconds making a skin that will make everyone think you are a noob by clicking buttons rather than making a good skin in 10-50 minutes.
