Hello 'PMCers', and welcome to the FIRST ever Star Wars review. If it's your first time reading one of these blogs, every so often I review another Star Wars vehicle, gadget, droid or anything in a Star Wars Game, Movie or TV Show. Today I'll be reviewing the 2-1B Droid, which I made a skin for and posted onto the Skins Page.
General Information
2-1B droids were medical wonders, programmed to diagnose and treat injuries and diseases that afflicted millions of species in the galaxy. 2-1B droids had modular limbs that allowed them to use a range of surgical tools and other medical instruments based on their patients' needs.
Seen
A 2-1B Droid has been seen in Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back, Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, Star Wars Rebels and Star Wars: The Clone Wars
History
A 2-1B served on the rebel command ship and treated Hera, Phoenix leader and pilot of the Ghost, for critical injuries sustained in battle against Fenn Rau. Thanks to the droid’s efforts, Hera survived, making a full recovery.
It is also rumored that some 2-1B Droids worked on Anakin Skywalker's burnt, crippled body before his transformation to the well-known sith Lord Vader.
