I started this blog because I realized how annoying it is to have people with the Factions PvP raid servers, or at least that's all I see in the servers tab. So what should you be doing to start a community and build your way to success? Here are some of the key factors of a server...
Section 1: Name
Picking a good name for your server is very important. Also keeping this name unique and easy to remember to also a good idea. I went into the servers tab to preform a little experiment. Here I went and collect the names of all the servers on the first page. Here is what I found...
Including "craft" in your server name is way too common and can get somewhat annoying.
- - It is engaging and fun for all players
- - The idea or concept of the server is simple and easy to understand
- - The spawn area is not flooded with signs and is easy to navigate

7/40 server included factions just in the title. Now that was just on 1 page in the servers tab. Imagine all the servers posted on this site with a 7:40 ratio, that's a lot of servers that use factions. So the point is to keep you idea unique and trust me Factions Raiding Greifing Extreme PvP is already taken. :3

Section 3: Spawn area
One important thing about your re spawn area is that it is not flooded with signs and hard to navigate. Just one point I want to make, People are not going to read all the signs in your spawn not matter what you do.

- Really bad looking
- Too many signs
- Hard to navigate
Good Spawn
- Easy to navigate
- Not a heap load of signs

I prefer to go on the 1 admin system, this is to create a hierarchy like this
