STOP THE SPAM SERVERS!!! (Rant)

I love the hunger games as much as anyone but this really gets on my nerves. It's not just the survival games servers, there are thousands of fake, poorly set up, or "planned" servers all over this site. The majority of the people who say that their server is "planned" never get around to actually making them. This problem got bigger when people started posting totally fake Survival Games servers on this site just to make the front page, which they don't. This is bad for the few people who actually take the time to make a really good server.
PMC faces many problems whether it be the trolls, or theft, but we always manage to fix them before they get too out of hand. Think back to just a few months ago when we had that huge issue with the false texture packs claiming that they were "super high res" and what did we do about it? We pretty much completely rid this site of those spam packs, didn't we. Now this is another problem that can be taken care of in a similar manner. Help stop the spam servers!
