As the gang and Piplup reached the end of the cave, they came across a large pond. "It looks like Nincada escaped." Mudkip says as they reach the room. They then hear splashing in the water. A Magikarp. "Leave the Lanker's base at once" it said. The gang laughs. The Magikarp came out of the water, with two Gyrados. "It's not so funny anymore, now is it?" Magikarp says. The gang ran behind a group of rock. "What are we supposed to do?" Piplup asks. "We can't escape. How about we try fighting?" Torchic suggests. The gang agreed, and went out behind the rocks. "We challenge you to a battle! 4v3!" Mudkip yells to them. Taillow was the first to attack, using wing attack on a Gyrados. He kept hitting the Gyrados until they both fainted. Then Torchic went up to the Magikarp, about to attack. But the Magikarp literally jumped up and started slapping Torchic over and over again with his tail. "What the heck?" he replies as he gets away. "That isn't right." Mudkip says. They all tried to attack him at once. "Charge!!!" yells Piplup. They attempt to ram him into the water, but fail again.
