- Hey! Over here, Captain!
Captain? Who's that? Where am I? Who am I? Who spoke? My head is hurting.
- Captain, you there?
Is he talking to me? I try to respond. I open my eyes, look around.
- Are you hurt, Captain?
I think he's talking to me. I'm looking around. Trying to find him.
- Captain, say something! Talk to me!
Suddenly water covers my face. I'm gasping for breath, trying to swim up.
Everything turns darker and darker, until i can't see.
Suddenly i feel so relaxed, like there's nothing to worry about.

*Beep* *Beep* *Beep* *Beep*
I open my eyes slowly. I can't see. Everything is bright, almost white.
After a few minutes i start seeing better.
*Beep* *Beep* *Beep* *Beep*
What an annoying noise. I'm looking around trying to find out where i am.
And what makes that annoying noise. I can't figure out where i am.
*Beep* *Beep* *Beep* *Beep*
Hospital.
Yes. I'm at a hospital. Why? I'm trying to remember what happened.
*Beep* *Beep* *Beep* *Beep*
I was on a boat, yes. And someone called me 'Captain'.
I suddenly remember everything. I slowly raise, but my body hurts.
Suddenly a beautiful, relaxed voice speaks to me.
- No, don't move. Several bones are broken and you'll need to rest for a few days.
The voice sounds familiar. I try to recognize it.
- Who is this? Do i know you?
i ask, still trying to find out who's speaking.
- Maddie, your girlfriend of five years! Don't you remember me?
She sounds sad, you can almost hear her tears running down her rough cheeks.
She stands right beside me. She's beautiful, long, curly, blonde hair.
She's got a nice, blue dress on, high heels and a beautiful voice.
But i still can't recognize her. 
- I... I'm afraid.. Not..
She's clearly crying now. I feel sorry. I can't believe i can't remember my girlfriend.
Of five years. I'm getting confused.
- But.. What happened? Why am i here?
I'm scared. How sad she must be. But i still try to remember why that guy called me Captain.
- Martin said you were unconcious and suddenly a big wave hit your ship and you fell overboard.
A lot of questions goes through my head. I realize the beeping sound has stopped.
- What ship? Were you there? Who's Martin?
I've got a lot of questions.
- You.. You can't remember your ship? Martin? Anything?
I'm confused.. Should I?
Suddenly another woman comes in and starts to speak.
- I'm sorry, Ms. Parker, but Jerry will need to get some rest now.
She left.. I'm scared.. Who just came in?
I can still hear Maddie crying. I feel so sad. Empty, like everything inside me is missing.
- Now, Jerry, you should just get some rest. Do you want me to turn on the television?
But.. I don't want Maddie to leave!
- But i want to know what happened! Can't you tell me?
She stands there, clearly unsure how to respond.
She takes a deep breath before she starts to speak.
