Ever wanted to go in minecraft and fly over the world? Build a villa where you're house is supposed to be? Well, this map is a good start, as it's the complete earth on a 1:1500 scale! One does need to make the destinction between terrain and landscape though, as i did put on landscape and biomes to make the terrain more recognizable. One tallgrass however doesn't represent 1500 meters of tall grass IRL. 

The suggested use for this map, currently, is creative only. since underground everything is solid stone and various custom trees have undecaying leaves. I am however working on a survival playable version, and i'm also looking into turning it into a Tekkit map.

There is also a converter for this map that will turn any real life longitude and lattitude position into a corresponding minecraft coordinate for this terrain! Finding exactly where your home would be has never been that easy!

Yeah thanks. It wasn't there. I went to the author's profile page, scrolled through the submissions, clicked the link that brought me back here, and suddenly it was there. Refreshing had been doing nothing. Not a clue what was going on, but I'm definitely not the first person who's had the problem based on the comments.

I have to look into various generation things, i don't expect it to be done by the end of the week, maybe next week. Next weekend i'll sit down and try and work it out, if it turns out to be quite easy it'll probably be out in the following week. But i'm not promising anything :)

Can you put the link on an other site than Mega, I've tried to DL it 5 times and it stucked between 40 and 44% every time.

No it's not possible to build them in this world because the world is 1:1500. So the cities would have to also be 1:1500. Making them either very small, or if he built them normally, Massive.
