The Story of Minecraft Pt. 3
Stage 6: To the Start and Back Again
After the fall of the pigmen, higher thinking beings were gone and the world was almost just like it was before them…but not EXACTLY the same. They left behind the smallest remnants of themselves and that was their corrupted brothers, zombie pigmen. And in the brains of these creatures was the smallest bit of higher intelligence. These creatures wandered aimlessly around the nether with no end, but one pigman found something. He found the last nether portal, the only one the pigmen forgot to close. He wandered his way through it and found himself in an amazing new world, and his feeble mind was able to grow in this new world with the lightness of the energy flowing through it. And as his mind grew his body evolved with the energy also, but this time he evolved differently than his ancestors did. Because he had some different essence in him from the zombizm he became a full blow man. He became what Minecraft history knows as Steve.
Stage 7: The Rise of the Minecraft Man
Steve started out with nothing, he had no basis on how to live in this new world and didn’t know how to build or gather resources. So he had to think and ponder. One day Steve got so angry, that he couldn’t figure out what to do, that he punched a tree, and pop went the wood. He had discovered the art of the block, and from then on he used the block for everything, wood for crafting, stone for building and so on. Steve was becoming smarter and smarter, and as he gained knowledge he learned how to build new things. These new things were comprised into series of, what we now call, updates. In the mean time another pigmen found his way out of the portal. This pigman had a much harder time adapting to this new world so his body became corrupted in a different way due to his inability to cope with the change. He evolved similarly to Steve but his eyes began to glow because of his corruption. This is who we know as herrobrine. Herrobrine hated this new world, but couldn’t find the portal to take him back to the nether. He became enraged and vowed to destroy anything that loved this place of horror. This is why he hates Steve and minecrafters so much. So he rose up insects from the ground and magnified them to a much larger size so they could search and kill any of the “lovers”. He also spread a disease among the pigs know as “the coding bug condition”, it caused some of the pigs to turn into vicious exploding creatures, that hate all who love the overworld just as herrobrine does. . . creepers
Stage 8: Minecraft as we know it
Now you may be thinking “where does my character come from” well all of our Minecraft characters came from the same place. At heart we are really all just developed zombie pigmen. It’s funny to think that our “hometown” is the nether. But our story Is the same as Steve we were wandering zombie pigman that found this portal and evolved. Many of us have died and respawned, but do you ever wonder where our corpses go…well herrobrine utilizes them and adds them to his army as either skeletons or zombies. Also minecrafters just like us are discovering and contributing to the Minecraft world allowing bigger and better updates. And this still happens today. And right now Herrobrine is out searching for us . . . and Steve especially.
Well that is the story of Minecraft, how it started and came to be, how it developed, flourished and even fell. How it rose from the ashes and once again built a smarter race. And we are that smarter race we are Steve or Betsy or the dwarven miner! We are MINECRAFTRS!
