The character that you all know, Steve, had a thrilling life with all of his companions. His kin was small, but mighty which consisted of his brother and his father. (The mother died of tuberculosis when Steve was a baby.) There was some ruckus outside, so Steve decided to check out what's happening. In the village common of Callery, the towns-folk were listening to a ceremony of the new megalith carved to represent the founder of the city. (Which is Notch) As Steve ambled over to the commotion he could feel the pathway rumble. Everyone was petrified at the moment, but went back to the ceremony. Instantly, a big fissure cracked open to make all of the structures and towns-people fall into the abyss of rock and minerals. Steve knew that this was the end of him, it was all over.
Steve woke up gasping for breath. He felt something damp above him, and overhead, there was a waterfall that dragged him to the bottom of the cave. He was saved, but out of breath. Steve chose the perfect day to wear on his iron aqua affinity helmet. Once he finally reached the bottom of the cave, he quivered at the sight around him. Piles of bones and rotten flesh were scattered across the cavern. It seemed like no one could handle the fall. As he examined the remains, he could see some bones rise up, and start to walk. Steve turned around to see a skeleton with a bow targeting him. He was cornered, but the waterfall helped him gain some distance from the mob of skeletons beneath him. Once Steve swam up to the surface, he ran for his life.
The sunset approached quickly, made Steve try to think where he should find shelter. Something scintillating flickered in the corner of his eye. There was a miniscule cave that had a lava pit for light. He quickly covered up the opening with dirt and was finally able to relax. The cave was amusingly small, so Steve got his iron pickaxe and mined until the lava source could barely be seen. He dug one more block, and he fell into a deep crevasse of another cave system. It was oddly familiar due to the bright amount of light from a deep cave. Behind him appeared to what looked like a broken statue. Sure enough, this was the cave that he fell into in the first place. On the other side of the cave, Steve noticed a figure moving closer and closer at a fast rate.
"Oh Steve? Is that you?" the figure said.
He could spot more and more figures all over, but they didn't seem to look like skeletons. They looked like PEOPLE. He peered closely to see that it was his FATHER! Steve raced to the crowd of figures and gave a big hug to his father. He couldn't believe what he had seen.
"Lets not just stand here, we have to fix the town!" Steve's Father pleaded.
All of the towns-folk built up to the surface to see the dawn of the sun shine brightly across the plains. They had work to do, but they were proud to be alive!!!
